I've been lucky enough to fish Hot Creek Ranch on several occasions.  It is always challenging.  While there are many trout in the part of the stream owned by the ranch, they are not always easy to catch.  But the ranch is never over-booked, and it sometimes seems that you are on the stream all by yourself.
